Godankey collects and stores personal information (email) for the users creating campaigns. This data is provided by the users and stored in our secure servers so the users can access their account, manage their campaigns and give keys away. Godankey does not contact its users via email or share this data with any third party providers. We need to store an email and password to provide you with your own customized area where to manage your campaigns. This is the only purpose of the data we store.

For users requesting keys through the Godankey.com widget
Godankey collects and stores personal information (email, ip) for the users requesting keys for every campaign. This data is provided by the users via the Godankey.com widget and stored in our secure servers so these users can receive the keys they request. This data is exclusively used to the purpose of delivering such keys and not shared with any third party provider other than our mailing service, ElasticEmail. Emails and IPs are deleted 30 days after the keys have been allocated. The email data is not shown or made available to the creator of giveaway campaigns.

We strive to make Godankey.com compliant with current data protection standards and have made the required changes in order to make it compliant with GDPR.

Godankey.com data storage is located in France, where all personal data is held in our secure server.

Deleting your data

As a site user, inside your panel you would find the Preferences option on the top right side of the page. From that section you will be able to delete your account for good. Bear in mind that this will delete all your campaigns, keys and personal data. This data will be lost forever.

As a giveaway user, if you want your data to be removed before 30 days have passed, you can contact us via email and we will happily delete your details. Otherwise this data will be automatically erased once its been in our system for 30 days.

Data access
If you wish to access all the data Godankey.com owns about you, please submit an enquiry via via email and we will make it available to you as soon as possible.

Data processing
You can request Godankey.com to stop processing all of your data. If you want do to this please submit an enquiry via via email and we will make it stop processing your information as soon as possible.

Data transfer
You can request Godankey.com to provice you with a copy of your data to transfer it to a different provider. If you want do to this please submit an enquiry via via email and we will make provide a copy of your information as soon as possible.
